The Hays County Republican Women are preparing for our upcoming Lincoln Reagan Silent & Live Auction Fundraiser, and we are excited to work toward our ambitious $30,000 fundraising goal.

To help maximize the success of our Live Auction, the Silent Auction Committee is inviting our membership to participate in a special initiative.

Member-Sponsored Live Auction Items

We are asking each member to consider contributing $10 or more to collectively fund:

  • Professional hardware and enhancements for a donated firearm

  • An additional high-quality experience item

Once secured, these two premier Live Auction items will be featured as:

“Generously Donated by the Hays County Republican Women.”

If every member participates, even at the $10 level, we can significantly elevate our Live Auction offerings and increase the impact of our fundraiser.

This is an opportunity for our entire membership to work together toward a shared goal and demonstrate the strength and unity of HCRW.
